It's been a while since I've updated this so there's lots of news to share.
November 18th through the 21st found us at the First Alert Professional national convention. This year it was help at the Hilton Bayfront in San Diego. Dave, Sarah and I made it down and we had a great time at a wonderful facility. San Diego is always nice, perfect weather, lots of scenery and plenty to see. The convention was great as usual, it's always inspiring to renew friendships and catch up on how others are doing in these interesting times. Lots of new ideas to try out that our customers should benefit from. Just to see if anyone reads this, we were very impressed with the new IPhone app for controlling Honeywell security systems. If you mention this blog I'll give you three months free of the monthly service to try it out. Some systems will require additional equipment that I can't give away but give us a call and we'll make it very affordable. Congratulations to Sarah and our customer service department for the Community Service award we received from Honeywell.
On the subject of awards we are quite proud of having received from the Builders Association of Northern Nevada a Banner Award for "Best Home Entertainment Design". Great job Joe and all the guys who worked with you on this long term project.
Finally, some may be aware of the state of Nevada's new requirement that beginning January 2010 anyone on a construction site must have completed OSHA 10 or 30 hour training. As of last week, all NuSystems personell have met this requirement. All field workers have 10 hour cards and all supervisors have 30 hour cards.
That catches you up for now on what's happening at NuSystems and as always we welcome any questions or comments.
